Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Grit & Grind Fitness LLC, we are committed to delivering structured coaching, clear expectations, and a fair client experience. Please review the following refund and cancellation terms before purchasing any coaching service, team membership, challenge, or product.

CHALLENGES:

All challenges are one-time purchases. Because challenges include immediate access to digital content, program materials, and/or challenge participation, all challenge purchases are final and are non-refundable.

RECURRING COACHING & TEAMS:

Recurring coaching and team memberships may be canceled by turning off auto-renew before the next billing date.

Clients may cancel eligible recurring products through their Trainerize account under My Purchases by selecting Cancel Auto-renew.

Once canceled, access will continue through the remainder of the current paid billing period. The membership or coaching service will then end at the close of that billing cycle and will not renew again.

INITIAL PURCHASE REFUNDS:

Refund requests for an initial purchase of recurring coaching or teams may be submitted within 3 calendar days of purchase.

To request a refund, the client must submit a written request to [your email address] explaining the reason for the request.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

NON-REFUNDABLE RENEWALS:

Renewal charges are non-refundable.

If a client does not wish to continue recurring coaching or team membership, they must cancel auto-renew before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

NO PRORATED REFUNDS:

Grit & Grind Fitness LLC does not provide prorated refunds for:

• partial billing periods

• unused coaching time

• missed check-ins

• missed workouts

• failure to use the platform or services during an active paid period

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

If gift certificates are offered, they are redeemable for a minimum of 7 years from the date of issuance, in accordance with Massachusetts law. Gift certificates are non-refundable except where required by law.

FUTURE MERCHANCDISE POLICY:

This section applies only once physical merchandise is offered for sale.

If Grit & Grind Fitness LLC begins selling apparel or other physical merchandise, defective merchandise will be accepted for return in accordance with applicable law. Customers will be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Additional return, exchange, and shipping terms for non-defective merchandise will be posted when physical products become available.
